The Digital Lakes Micro-Internship Program introduces high school graduates through college sophomores to a variety of technology related careers across all industries. Simultaneously, companies are provided the opportunity to highlight themselves, and gain access to students who might not have otherwise considered their company or industry – all while filling their talent pipeline.
Digital Lakes handles all payroll, background checks, drug testing, general onboarding and even a graduation ceremony at the end of the program. This is all available at NO-COST to Digital Lakes investors.
