Digital Lakes has established private advisory groups, comprised of senior leaders, who are focused on identifying innovative trends and challenges within the IT/digital space across industries  and the recruiting needs/challenges associated. These advisory groups also help direct the organization and ensure Digital Lakes remains relevant to current needs. These groups meet quarterly prior to each of the Digital Lakes general education and networking events.
